rental reservations booked through 1 Stop Vacation Rentals are
guaranteed to be the lowest rate. If there is a lower rate
found for the same dates and the same hotel, and that rate
was available within 24 hours of booking, we will either
refund the difference or cancel the reservations without
penalty.
What
are the requirements for claiming the Guaranteed Lower Rate?
- The new lower rate must be for the same hotel on the same
dates.
- The new lower rate must have been available within 24
hours of the time you booked your reservation.
What
is the turnaround time for adjustment or credit if I can
find a lower rate?
- 24 Hours
How
is my credit issued?
- Credit is issued directly to the credit card provided
at the time of booking. Credit will usually appear on your
statement within 7-10 business days.
